Ritesh Maharaj (GCFO)

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), holds a Property Development and Investment qualification from UCT and is a registered Principal with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Having previously headed up finance departments at large listed and multinational companies, he has gained extensive exposure to Financial Reporting and Accounting, Risk and Controls, Human Resources, Information Technology, Company Secretarial and Procurement. He has extensive experience in the property sector having previously managed portfolios valued over R35bn with annual incomes exceeding R6bn and multi-billion rand pipeline developments.
